How we work: We are not an advertising agency. We are a matchmaker. We connect you and someone needing you and then get out of the way. Most of our projects fall into the freelance category though occasionally we do place contract for hire and full time positions. We operate like most staffing companies in that we add a modest fee on top of your rates. That fee is either hourly or by project depending on the needs of the client.  If we contract with you for a job, we ask you to sign an agreement which says that you will work directly through us with that client for a period of one year.  We handle the billing of the client and we pay you directly.

Getting started: The first thing we need to get started is a portfolio and a resume or CV. A portfolio can be in PDF format which shows samples of your work or a web site. Anything that helps us show off your work. When thinking about samples, show as many different kinds of work as possible. Having references available is a great idea.

Where we work: Our office is in Birmingham, Alabama. We represent clients across the state and into Georgia and Mississippi. Living in Alabama is not mandatory for us to represent your work.
